Programme setting is an essential part of any exercise programme, whether it be for strength, stamina, fat loss, core stability or any other goals that you may have. This is when you will find a personal trainer invaluble. You will not have to worry about whether you are doing the right workout or not with a peronal trainer, all programme setting will be done for you. You will then know that you are working at the correct levels of intensity and using the best possible exercises to get the maximum benefits from your training.
Please have a go at this 40 min programme below, it is a good starter programme for anyone wishing to get into exercise, shift a few lbs and tone up at the same time.
