Testimonial - Laurell

I was once young, healthy and sporty but the "city" life of long hours, late nights, rich food and delicious alcohol has taken its toll. Drastic steps were needed but diets and exercise are my worst nightmares. I love food, exercise bores me....and I hate running. Cue......Daniel Boniface Personal Trainer.

At our first meeting I listed my unrealistic ambitions (and past failings), and we set goals that I coud realistically achieve around my busy work and social life.

I've been personal training with Dan for 7 weeks now, attending 1 or 2 sessions a week. Dan focusses on shedding the excess lbs and building my core strength. He puts a lot of thought into preparing the sessions, not only using a wide range of exercises but thinking about what works best to motivate me to keep going. He is very knowledgeable about fitness and diet, and is readily available for advice.

Dan is a jovial chap, always thier with a word of encourgement when you start to flag and sensitive to your moods so will push you that little bit harder when he knows you can give that little bit more - he's both good cop, bad cop but always just the right balance. The results have been amazing - Admitedly, reaching my ultimate goal is going to take longer than just two months, BUT - I now regularly attend the gym and I definitely DO work out, but most importantly - I am more toned, trimming the excess flab and feeling much healthier.

I can't recomend Dan highly enough - I know he will help me reach my goal but even then, I don't plan on giving up my training sessions with him for a long time.

It's an uphill struggle for me, so 10/10 to Dan for persevering with me!!
