Circuit training is a high intensity class that is designed to work all major musce groups within the body and at the same time creating a high averge heart rate for 45 minutes to an hour dependant on the class that you chose.
This is an excllent class for all tpyes of people, from those who wish to train for a paticular sport to those which require the loss of a few pounds of body fat.
I am currently running an outside circuit class, the likes of which are not known in these parts! The class is on wednesday evenings from 18:30-19:30 at Tring Rugby Club.
